Container is to be put on the street THURSDAY evening. Trash pick up is Mondays. Container is to be put on the street SUNDAY evening. Owner pays for the first $300 of the electric bill which is normal during those months. However, if you want to keep the house cooler and run the AC very hard you are responsible for paying any amount over $300 for Air conditioning. We send that payment request thru the Air bnb system. ** For stays LONGER than 30 days - owner requires to have the property cleaned 1 X per month at guests expense - $250 per cleaning billed thru the Air bnb system Scottsdale STR license # 2029524 Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) #21523427 - Please do not throw balls or objects in the pool. The pool cleaner will get clogged. - If you have requested the pool to be heated and you notice the pool pump not running please inform me. It is to run 24/7 when being heated. - No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed in the backyard. - Pets are allowed. Please pick up after your pet! Any damage caused inside the house or on the premise by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. - The pool cleaner comes on Tuesday between 10am-3pm. Do not remove the chlorine floater. Do not remove the pool vacuum. Do not leave any type of ball in the pool, i.e. golf balls. The pool cleaner gets clogged. If the pool vacuum is removed for swimming, remove the hose from the wall and replace after swimming. Any damage to the pool's chemical balance by removing the chlorine floater and vacuum will be the responsibility of the guest. - No gatherings larger than 16 people are allowed on the premises. - Streaming services provided are YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Local Channels. A chromecast is also plugged in the main TV. - Guest responsibilities include turning off lights and appliances when not in use and locking doors and windows when leaving the property. Please do not deadbolt any door when leaving property. Set thermostat to 80 degrees in the summer and off in the winter upon completion of stay. Please make sure the covers are on the grill and cornhole set. Please make sure nothing is in the pool and that the pool cleaner is connected. Failure to leave the house in this condition will incur a $50 charge in addition to your reservation. - The patio sliding door, primary bedroom sliding door, and exterior laundry room door are equipped with alarms per state statute 36-1681. These alarms can be disabled by pressing the button on the alarm after the door is opened. The door must close in seven seconds or the alarm will sound. Press the button to turn off alarm and close the door.
